Can I post content from this site online (on myspace, youtube, etc.)?
No. The entire content of this site is protected by copyright, trademark rights and database rights. No reproduction is allowed without the consent of the relevant owner. This includes but is not limited to podcasts, photos and images, music, videos, ModCam footage (audio and/or video), and video blogs.  Failure to comply is a violation of the Terms of Use policy that you have agreed to and will result in the immediate cancellation of your Premium Account.

Can I contact any of the artists or bands who are on this site through Modlife?
No.  Modlife does not handle personal emails or requests for any of the artists or bands on modlife.com.  Please post any personal correspondence as a comment on the artist's Modlife page.

How is my Premium Account charged?
As a subscriber on modlife.com, you will be asked to provide a credit card.  Subscription services require credit/debit card payment.  Although the subscription price may be quoted on a monthly basis, your card will be billed quarterly, with a one-quarter minimum.  Your billing period starts with the date you subscribe and extends for three months.  You will be automatically charged at the start of each subsequent billing period until you cancel your subscription.  To cancel your subscription, please go to MY MODLIFE -> MY SUBSCRIPTIONS and choose Cancel a Subscription.  You must cancel 30 days before the end of your billing period.  Notice less than 30 days before the end of your billing period will not go into effect until the following billing period.  Please read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more information.

What is a CVV Security Code? Where can I find the CCV Security Code on my card?
The CVV Security Code is an important new Internet security feature that now appears on the back of Visa/MasterCard/Discover cards and the front of American Express cards. This new code is a three or four-digit number which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card. The security code helps validate that the customer placing the online order actually has the credit card in his/her possession, and that the credit/debit card account is legitimate.
For Visa/Mastercard and Discover owners, flip your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your Card Security Code.  American Express users can find their four-digit card verification number on the front of your American Express credit card above the credit card number on either the right or the left side of your credit card

Why has my bank account been charged more than once for my subscription?
For security reasons, credit card companies will sometimes show an additional charge to alert customers that someone is trying to use their account for an online purchase.  This often happens if the billing address that is entered does not exactly match that on record with your bank.  The additional “ghost” charge should drop off in 24 – 48 business hours.  Authorize.net, one of the most trusted names in the payments industry, processes our payments and we will not charge you for anything other than the specified quarterly charge of $20.85 USD.

I've been unable to successfully sign up for a Premium Account and yet my credit card shows a charge. Please explain....

Please check with your card bank to insure that you have the correct billing address for your account. If you are positive that you have entered the correct address and yet you are still having difficulties subscribing to a Premium Account, please contact us at support@modlife.com.

Can I change my username?
No.  Once you have created a username you are not allowed to change it.

Help! The movies won't play! What do I do?
The movies will take a few seconds to load in before they begin to play.  You don't need to press the Play button - just wait a few seconds and the video should start to play.  Make sure that you have the latest version of the Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/)

If the movie never does start to play, please contact us at support@modlife.com.  Please include which browser you are using, if you are on a Mac or PC, and what connection speed you are using.

Why won't all of the podcasts play on my mp3 player?
Some of the podcasts are video files. Please check the file type on your computer to insure that it’s an audio file before loading it onto your mp3 player.

I bought I-Empire through the link on the MUSIC page but have had trouble downloading it. Who should I contact?
